Thermographic Analysis
The thermographic analysis is a nondestructive technique that allows to measure through a thermographic camera, the temperature of a structure and locate with precision the energy losses and allowing to detect insulating problems, infrastructure weaknesses or enclosure failure among others It has existed as technology for more than two decades and its use is being implanted in the industrial sector due to the necessary demand of energetic efficiency in industrial installations.
The device measures the body thermal pattern to which it aims at,in the spectrum of infrared wavelength without being in contact with that body. It registers the object radiation and changes it into a complete visual image.
It provides with a complete image of the situation. That is to say, they determine among other things possible leaks, current insulation conditions and it allows to analyze how the energy flows.
The main advantages of this technique are: avoiding interruptions of the production processes, locating in a precise way possible problems and reducing maintenance and repairs while detecting anomalies in advance.
